Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance she competed for a long time and establishing new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. Summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division, despite having zero expectations. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. She warms-up first before moving onto working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week. One day would be light weight day and another heavier weight day.
